Before installation, ensure the floor is level, clean, and capable of supporting the weight of the gate. Use the supplied installation template to accurately mark the foundation holes for drilling. Power and communication cables should be routed in advance through protective conduits and kept separate from high-voltage lines to avoid signal interference.

Once cables are in place, position the gate cabinet according to layout requirements. Align multiple units precisely for dual-lane or multi-lane setups. Secure the cabinets to the floor using expansion bolts. After mechanical fixing, open the top or side panel to access the internal terminals and carefully complete the wiring connections. This includes the motor, control board, infrared sensors, LED indicators, and access control interfaces such as RS485 or TCP/IP.

After wiring, power on the system and conduct initial tests. Verify that the swing or flap panels open smoothly, the LED indicators respond correctly, and the access control readers function as expected. If integrating with a third-party access control system, ensure that signal transmission and logic settings are properly configured. The barrier should respond accurately to authorized entry and deny passage when invalid credentials are presented.

Use

In daily use, users present valid credentials—such as RFID cards, QR codes, face or fingerprint data—at the reader. Upon verification, the gate opens in the configured direction, allowing safe and efficient passage. Intelligent sensors monitor for tailgating and intrusion; if a person or object is detected in the lane, the gate stops or retracts automatically to prevent injury.

During emergencies such as fire alarms or power failures, the gate will automatically unlock and open to allow free passage. It is strongly recommended to link the gate to the building’s fire control or emergency release system.

Routine maintenance should be performed every 3 to 6 months, including cleaning the sensor area, verifying mechanical movement, checking communication with the access system, and inspecting power supply stability. Do not attempt to manually push or force the barrier arms, as this may damage internal components.

For repairs or adjustments, contact qualified service personnel. Unauthorized disassembly may void the warranty or compromise safety performance.
